 * idealerweise erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, Consulting, Softwareumfeld oder Kundenservice

## Description

* Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen per Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail.
 * Du analysierst technische und fachliche Fragestellungen rund um unsere Software.
 * Du findest pragmatische Lösungen und erklärst sie verständlich.
 * Du dokumentierst Lösungswege für Kunden und Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Consulting, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zusammen.
 * Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir Supportprozesse und unsere Software weiter verbessern können.
