## Description

* Unterstützung im IT-Setup: Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Einrichtung, Installation und fortlaufenden Pflege von PC-Systemen, Softwareanwendungen und modernen IT-Arbeitsplätzen.
 * Assistenz bei der Systemadministration: Du wirkst aktiv beim Betrieb und derÜberwachung unserer Server, Netzwerke und zentralen IT-Infrastrukturen mit.
 * Begleitung der Kommunikationstechnik: Du unterstützt uns bei der technischen Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Telefon- und Kommunikationssysteme.
 * Mithilfe bei Fachprojekten: Du begleitest IT-bezogene Projekte und packst bei der Umsetzung neuer Lösungen mit an.
 * Mitarbeit im User-Support: Du hilfst dabei, IT-Probleme im Arbeitsalltag zu analysieren und stehst unseren Kollegen (m/w/d) bei technischen Fragen als erste Anlaufstelle zur Seite.

Praktischer Ausbildungsteil

Während der betrieblichen Ausbildung bekommst Du Einblicke in die verschiedenen Teams des Fachbereichs IT und Digitalisierung.

Theoretischer Ausbildungsteil

Die theoretische Ausbildung findet an der Berufsschule 7 in Augsburg statt. Pro Ausbildungsjahr finden 12 Berufsschulblöcke statt, wobei ein Schulblock eine Woche umfasst. Es werden solide Kenntnisse in Systemintegration (Netzwerke, Firewall, Server), Programmieren (Datenbankentwicklung, objektorientiertes Programmieren) und Betriebswirtschaft (Buchhaltung, Marketing, Arbeitsrecht) vermittelt.
