 * Betreuung und Konfiguration der virtuellen Server (Windows/Linux) sowie der Virtualisierungsumgebung in Hard und Software-Themen

 * Administration der Windows Server sowie des AD / DHCP / DNS / und weitere Dienste

 * Betreuung sämtlicher IT-Hardware(z.B. Hardwareserver / Backupsystem / Telefonanlage / Zeit - und Zutrittssystem)

 * Betreuung der Netzwerk Infrastruktur (Switche / WLAN / Router / Firewall / Mail Security)

 * Analyse und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und -systemen

 * IT-Projektplanung, Umsetzung und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern

 * Zentrale Softwareverteilung(Baramundi)

 * Ansprechpartner für technische IT-Themen und Userhelpdesk/Support unter Nutzung von Service-Portal-Anwendungen und -Schnittstellen
