## About the Role

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

 * Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
 * Experience working with Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Data Management
 * Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills
 * A solid understanding of CRM data quality best practices
 * The ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders
 * Experience delivering solutions independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

 * Revenue Operations (RevOps) experience
 * Exposure to GTM systems such as HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms
 * Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue teams

## Description

You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce environment, supporting commercial teams, and ensuring CRM processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs., * Managing Salesforce administration and backend configuration

 * Building and maintaining Screen Flows and automations
 * Creating and updating Validation Rules and Object Relationships
 * Supporting integrations and data management processes
 * Maintaining high standards of data quality and CRM hygiene
 * Developing reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
 * Gathering requirements from commercial stakeholders and translating them into practical Salesforce solutions
 * Troubleshooting issues, managing tickets, and driving continuous platform improvements
