Desirable * Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms or ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk). * Experience within manufacturing, mining, or other complex supply chain environments. * Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications. This role will require offer hybrid working 2/3 days per week. ## Description Copello are looking for a D365 Functional Consultant/Administrator to join an engineering company in the Oxfordshire area on an initial 6 month basis. As the D365 Functional Consultant/Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Dynamics 365 across various modules. From gathering business requirements through solution design, implementation, governance, and ongoing support, you'll play a key role in ensuring our platform remains secure, scalable, and aligned to business objectives.
