Desirable * Experience working in a multicultural or global organisation. * Ability to speak another European language. * Cisco or Palo Alto certifications. * Experience with cloud-networking technologies or hybrid environments. Physical / Environmental Requirements: * Periods of desk-based work. * Occasional installation or inspection of network cabling. * Ability to lift and move moderately heavy IT equipment. * Travel within the UK (and occasional EMEA travel) required. ## Description * Providing day-to-day support for network services across UK sites, ensuring high levels of performance, availability and security. * Managing incidents and changes through ServiceNow, with clear and timely updates. * Monitoring, analysing and troubleshooting complex issues across Cisco and Palo Alto environments. * Supporting site teams and helpdesk colleagues with connectivity and performance concerns. * Performing system backups, patching and general network maintenance. * Maintaining accurate asset inventories for network devices and components. * Responding to urgent or high-priority incidents and supporting business continuity and disaster-recovery activities.
