SAP SuccessFactors certification(s): Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay * Experience supporting global HR systems and processes. * Experience with HR data governance, reporting, and analytics. ## Description The Senior HR Systems Analyst provides functional and technical leadership for Univar Solutions' global HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HCM data management. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, support system integrations, and ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions. What You'll Do: HR Technology Implementation & Enhancement * Lead HR technology implementation and enhancement efforts, serving as the primary liaison with third-party system partners. * Evaluate bi-annual system releases, conduct impact assessments, and recommend updates to technology, processes, and configurations. * Coordinate solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Business Analysis & Solution Design * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. * Collaborate with technical teams to develop and support integrations, interfaces, and data exchange processes. * Coordinate system, integration, and user acceptance testing. * Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials. * Support end-user training and adoption initiatives. HR Technology Strategy & Data Management * Contribute to HR technology, process, and data roadmaps. * Promote data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. * Support change management and communication activities related to HR technology initiatives.
