configure client credentials, PKCE, token introspection, and scope management. * Standards, Quality & Compliance: Map data using USCDI, LOINC, SNOMED CT, RxNorm, ICD 10, and terminology services. * Validate conformance with FHIR Implementation Guides (e.g., US Core, Payer, Da Vinci) using tooling (Inferno/Touchstone/Postman collections). * Author/maintain API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger), message specs, and traceable mapping docs. * Ensure HIPAA, security-by-design, data minimization, and audit requirements (e.g., AuditEvent). * Operations & Reliability: Own deployments, monitoring, and support for Health Connect productions;
