Experience within fashion, beauty and luxury industries. * Creative Expertise: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of projects demonstrating creativity in storytelling, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition. * Technical Expertise: Proficiency in video editing, color-grading, visual effects, motion graphics, compositing, and other relevant techniques. Knowledge of editing and post-production processes. Experience with video retouching also a plus. * Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant tools. * AI driven design knowledge is required. * Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends, staying updated with the latest tools and techniques to create innovative and engaging motion designs. * Communications & Collaboration: Strong communications and interpersonal skills for collaborating with Creative/Art Directors and cross-functional teams to receive and implement feedback, while being comfortable sharing knowledge and expertise. * Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a critical eye for quality, ensuring deliverables meet luxury standards. ## Description The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating storytelling-led and visually engaging videos, graphics, and visual effects for various media platforms such as social media, paid media, websites, etc. This role involves collaborating with creative directors/ art directors, copy and social, and translating creative concepts into compelling videos, motion graphics and motion graphic ecosystems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment and bring both creative and technical expertise across a large variety of assets and projects.
