 * 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Consulting oder SAP-Umfeld
 * Kenntnisse in SAP IS-U und idealerweise ABAP (Lesen/Debuggen)
 * Verständnis für energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse (z. B. Marktkommunikation, technische oder kaufmännische Abläufe)
 * Freude an Teamarbeit, lösungsorientiertem Denken und stetiger Weiterentwicklung
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer SAP IS-U Systeme und angebundener Umsysteme (1st-3rd Level Support)
 * Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Performanceoptimierung im SAP-Umfeld
 * Technisches und fachliches Monitoring (SAP IS-U, B2B, Edifact-Konverter)
 * Health Checks und Systemüberwachung im Tagesgeschäft
 * Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen
 * Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen und Verbesserung interner Abläufe
