 * Kenntnisse in S/4HANA Service und/oder SAP Field Service Management sind für dich von Vorteil.
 * Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung integrierter Prozesse in SAP ECC oder S/4HANA.
 * Als Teamplayer denkst du prozessorientiert, arbeitest analytisch und findest pragmatische Lösungen.
 * Deine Kunden- und Serviceorientierung ist ausgeprägt; du trittst sicher und diplomatisch auf.
 * Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch, mündlich wie schriftlich.

## Description

* Du berätst und unterstützt Business Process Owner im Customer-Service-Bereich, inklusive der Integration von SAP SD und PM in bestehende Prozesse.
 * Im internationalen S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekt stärkst du unser SAP CS-Team und bringst deine Praxisexpertise ein.
 * Du konzipierst, designst und implementierst Geschäftsprozesse im Customer Service mit besonderem Fokus auf SD/PM-Integration.
 * Anpassungen der Anwendung setzt du um, führst funktionale Tests durch und unterstützt Integrationstests sowie Benutzertests.
 * IT-Konzepte entwickelst du als belastbare Inputs für das Entwicklungsteam und sorgst für klare Übergaben.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Entwicklern und Testteams zusammen, um Lösungen pragmatisch und termingerecht zu liefern.
 * Schulungen und Wissenstransfer an internationale Kollegen gehören ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
