## Description

Acass Agence de recrutement, recherche pour son client un Technicien support informatique H/F dans le cadre d'une mission d'intérim de 6 semaines.

Le poste est basé à Nice (06). Rattaché à l'équipe support, vous intervenez directement auprès des utilisateurs sur différents sites localisé sur l'agglomération de Nice.

Vous êtes en charge de :

 - Assurer le support informatique de proximité auprès des utilisateurs

 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels

 - Installer, configurer et remplacer les postes de travail, périphériques et équipements informatiques

 - Assurer le suivi des demandes et des interventions

 - Garantir un service de qualité et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la résolution de leurs problématiques
