## About the Role

* We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.
 * 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
 * Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
 * Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)
 * Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
 * Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
 * Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
 * Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
 * Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
 * In addition to English which is our main operating language, business level fluency in Dutch or German is must.
 * While your base location will be Amsterdam or Brussels, you are eagerly seeking to join an internationally-mobile European team.

## Description

* Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
 * Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
 * Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
 * Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner
 * Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the WX practice
 * Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools
