## About the Role

Are you ready to create innovative solutions to give the financial sector a solid lead in the digital world? Join our team of experts to revolutionize software systems for our banking clients!, You have good communication skills and you navigate easily within both CGI and the customer organization. You closely follow the latest developments in your field. You have the necessary analytical skills and are a structured worker. In addition, you have:

 * A completed university education with a strong IT component
 * At least 8 years of work experience, of which 5 years as a Test specialist
 * SpecFlow or Cucumber (minimum 3 years) is a must
 * Selenium (minimum of 2 years), which can be clearly concluded from previous
assignments

 * Able to code independently in an IDE in C# and e.g. Python and SQL (minimum 3 years)
 * Experience with setting up (automated) API tests (both SOAP and REST)
 * Experience with: Microsoft Visual Studio (IDE), API testing, data migrations, SSIS SQL
Server Integration Services

 * Risk based testing experience is an advantage
 * Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tooling such as
Azure DevOps, VSTS and GIT

 * Minimum basic test certification: ISTQB Foundation and/or TMap NEXT Foundation
 * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, experience with DevOps is necessary
 * Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are needed for this task. Able to easily communicate with people on different levels
 * Affinity with or work experience in the banking sector is an advantage

## Description

Your senior role focuses on establishing and maintaining a Test Automation Framework, and seamlessly integrating it into the Development and Delivery process. Your expertise lies in SpecFlow, Cucumber, and Selenium, and you are comfortable with coding in an IDE and utilizing cutting-edge test tools. You'll be instrumental in applying new technologies to transform how our insurance sector clients interact with their customers, ensuring market confidence. Within a DevOps environment, your responsibilities include automating system and integration tests, with occasional application maintenance and support.
