 * Lead, manage, and mentor a distributed IT ops team across multiple time zones and office locations
 * Oversee the availability, performance, and security of core infrastructure, including systems and networks
 * Act as a technical liaison with trading and software development teams to ensure seamless operations and rapid incident resolution
 * Drive the alignment of IT systems, processes, and infrastructure with the organization's growth trajectory and evolving business needs
 * Manage IT projects, vendor relations, and cross-office technology rollouts
 * Champion automation, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the IT organization
 * Maintain high operational standards related to security, access control, backup policies, and compliance frameworks
