If you're passionate about leading technical teams, scaling machine learning systems, and staying hands-on with engineering while shaping delivery strategy, this could be your next move. As a Technical Delivery Lead, you'll sit at the center of engineering execution, technical strategy, and machine learning innovation. Your role combines leadership with hands-on development. You'll guide engineering squads delivering complex AI-driven systems while contributing directly to architecture, Proof of Concepts, and high-complexity technical challenges. You'll work closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Tech Leads, Technical Architects, Product teams, and creatives to build intelligent systems that transform live sports data into immersive digital experiences. One day you might be shaping scalable ML pipelines for motion synthesis and trajectory prediction. The next, you could be prototyping cloud-hosted inference services, reviewing technical approaches, or stepping into the codebase to unblock delivery. You'll help teams apply cutting-edge ML techniques, including Transformers, Graph Neural Networks, Diffusion models, and real-time geometry pipelines, while ensuring solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and production-ready. Because we believe leadership starts with technical credibility, you'll stay hands-on at your core. Around 60% of your time will involve active engineering work: building POCs, solving difficult technical problems, improving tooling, and supporting critical delivery initiatives.
