## Description

The Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) plays a key role in delivering Landal's Stay App, used daily by guests throughout their stay. You combine technical leadership with delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable app experiences.

You work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and partners to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, while driving continuous improvement in performance, stability, and development efficiency.

What will you do:

As a Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) your tasks & responsibilities include:

 * Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile app features (React Native) from concept to production;
 * Act as a Tech Delivery Lead, aligning developers, architects, business teams, and vendors;
 * Ensure high-quality releases with focus on performance, scalability, and stability;
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and code quality;
 * Facilitate agile execution and team flow, including Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.
