## About the Role

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.

 * 2+ years of hands-on working experience as a Product Data Analyst.
 * Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
 * Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude).
 * A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
 * Fluency in written and verbal English.

Nice to have:

 * Experience with AWS.
 * Programming experience (Python).
 * Experience working in a B2B/SaaS/tech company setting.
 * Experience with product-led strategies.
 * Experience with dbt and data modelling is a pre.

## Description

* Define, track, and report on key product metrics (such as engagement, retention, conversion, and churn) to evaluate the success of product features and initiatives.
 * Analyze product and user data to uncover trends, user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
 * Ensure data accuracy and integrity as well as work with the data team and product developers on solving data accuracy issues.
 * Promote a data-driven work culture through example and by championing self-service.
 * Work collaboratively with product team members, such as product managers, engineers, and designers.
 * Find the right medium to convey important insights with the right context.
