## Description

* Du installierst und konfigurierst Hard- und Software und stellst sicher, dass alle Systeme reibungslos funktionieren
 * Du analysierst auftretende Störungen, identifizierst deren Ursachen und sorgst für eine nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
 * Du unterstützt Kundinnen und Kunden bei technischen Anliegen - per Telefon, E-Mail oder Fernwartung - und bietest praxisnahe Lösungen
 * Im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für IT-Fragen und trägst aktiv zur Systemstabilität bei
 * Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, damit Abläufe und Lösungen jederzeit nachvollziehbar sind
 * Zudem führst du Schulungen für Anwenderinnen und Anwender durch, um sie im sicheren Umgang mit IT-Systemen und Tools zu unterstützen
