Test and refine pricing and packaging (trials, bundles, subscriptions, upsells and upgrades). Improve churn-prevention flows (cancellation flow, pause/discount offers, win-back). Apply statistical rigor (MDE, sample size, p-value, significance) so every experiment is valid and decisions are defensible. Build and maintain an 80/20 prioritization framework to find the biggest ARPU/CR opportunities for the lowest effort. Use AI tools to compound your output: automate reporting, QA, and operational workflows with n8n; prototype and ship test variants and internal tools with Replit; and use Claude across discovery, copy/design iteration, analysis, and documentation. Work closely with design, engineering, and data to implement A/B tests and interpret results. Report results, learnings, and next steps clearly to stakeholders.
