You'll troubleshoot issues, respond to incidents, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges. This role plays a key part in maintaining system stability and delivering a seamless customer experience. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Shift-based role with 24/7 coverage expectations, including evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed. Example: Wednesday-Saturday (9PM- 8AM PT) What you'll do Monitor Network tools and infrastructure (e.g., DynaTrace, Zenoss, DataDog, and monitoring and control applications)Add/remove/update Customer site equipment as needed, including ISP updates, firewall policy changes, network changes/additionsTroubleshoot user and customer network outages, phone issues, and Best Buy Health device issuesConduct initial (Level 1) troubleshooting of Best Buy Health Datacenter or application issues before escalation to the Systems, Network, Data, or Development Engineering teamsManage incident response and system operations by monitoring issues, responding to alerts, documenting incidents, and escalating to major incident processes when neededSupport system performance and implementation by maintaining configurations, executing routine maintenance, leveraging run books and process documentation, and partnering with vendors and internal teams, We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
