This position focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability and stability of biometric enrollment systems that integrate hardware devices, software applications, cloud-based workflows and payment processing components. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in both manual testing and test automation, with 50% of their responsibilities focused on manual QA and 50% focused on automation engineering. The right individual enjoys investigating system behavior, simulating real-world scenarios, creating automated test data and troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and network environments. This role is ideal for a QA professional with 2.5-3 years of experience who enjoys digging into problems, understanding root causes and partnering closely with developers to ensure high-quality releases.
