* Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
 * Good Customer Service skills with the ability to deal with Customers and internal staff and the varied queries the Service Desk receives promptly and politely
 * Ability to work under own initiative

 * Good attention to detail and well organised

## Description

* Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all messages are returned appropriately
 * Manage the client portal systems to ensure all reports are uploaded and tasks are completed as per SLAs
 * Issue all completion paperwork and certificates to clients via email/portal
 * Foster client relationships and develop a culture of trust and respect
 * Ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately
 * General administration tasks
 * Ongoing computer system housekeeping
 * Receiving, tracking and scanning of statutory compliance documentation
 * To understand and complete all work- related documentation accurately and on time
 * To understand and comply with policies and procedures
 * To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
 * To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
 * To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
