You'll already have several years' experience within an IT support, systems or infrastructure role and be looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience within a growing business. You'll ideally have experience of: * Microsoft 365 administration. * Active Directory. * Windows desktop and server environments. * Networking fundamentals. * Cybersecurity best practice. * ERP systems (such as Sage, Oracle or similar). * CRM platforms (Salesforce experience would be advantageous). * Warehouse Management Systems. * Working alongside third-party IT providers. * Supporting IT projects and system implementations. Sector experience isn't important-we're open to candidates from a variety of industries., * Friendly and approachable. * Patient and customer-focused. * Comfortable supporting users of all technical abilities. * Proactive and keen to get involved across the wider business. * Organised with strong problem-solving skills. * Confident managing multiple priorities. * Happy working both independently and collaboratively. * Someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply escalating issues. Above all, you'll be someone who enjoys helping people, whether that's delivering an IT project or resetting a password for the fifth time that week with the same level of professionalism. ## Description Our client is looking to appoint a hands-on IT Manager to join a growing business during an exciting period of change. Reporting to the Head of IT & Facilities, this is a newly created opportunity designed to strengthen the IT function as the department evolves. Working within a small team, you'll become the go-to person for day-to-day IT support, systems administration and project delivery, taking ownership of operational IT activities while supporting wider technology improvements across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a broader role where they'll gain exposure to infrastructure, business systems, cybersecurity and digital transformation projects. The Role As IT Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the business across all areas of IT, working closely with colleagues across multiple departments and external technology partners.
