## About the Role

* HBO werk- en denkniveau
 * Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Information Security Officer, bij voorkeur in de zorg of ICT
 * Sterke technische en organisatorische kennis van informatiebeveiliging (van policy tot patch)
 * Relevante certificering(en), zoals CISSP, CISM of CRISC
 * Aantoonbare kennis van ISO- en NEN-normen (ISO 27001, NEN 7510, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, NIS2, DigiD)
 * Ervaring met QMS-systemen en Microsoft 365 (incl. Entra)
 * Ervaring met risicomanagement, incident response, crisis- en continuïteitsbeheer
 * Minimaal C1-niveau Nederlands
 * Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week

## Description

Als Information Security Officer draag je bij aan de inrichting en het onderhoud van een geïntegreerd kwaliteits- en informatiebeveiligingsmanagementsysteem. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering en implementatie van maatregelen, vertaalt beleid naar werkbare instructies en ondersteunt audits en risicoanalyses. Daarnaast lever je advies aan directie en stakeholders en draag je bij aan awareness- en crisismanagementprogramma's.

Je werkt nauw samen met een klein, hecht team waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en verbeterinitiatieven essentieel zijn.
