* 10+ years of experience in backend software development with strong expertise in Kotlin
 * Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture
 * Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, backend application design, and distributed systems
 * Experience with application architecture, data modeling, and scalable backend solution design
 * Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment automation
 * Experience working within Agile Scrum environments and participating in iterative software delivery
 * Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, clean code principles, testing, and code quality
 * Experience supporting production systems and participating in operational support or on-call rotations
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Kotlin, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
 * Analyze business requirements and design robust application and data architecture solutions for business-critical systems
 * Develop clean, efficient, and high-quality code while following coding standards and best practices
 * Build, deploy, and maintain reliable backend services supporting strategic delivery processes
 * Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile DevOps environment
 * Take ownership of application deployments, monitoring, and ongoing operational support, including participation in 24/7 standby rotations
 * Perform code reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous code quality enhancements
 * Troubleshoot production issues, implement performance improvements, and ensure high system availability
