 * Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS and various software applications
 * Managed Print Service (MPS) / Configure mobile phones (Apple and Android) (MS Intune) / MS Office 365
 * Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English
 * Customer-oriented approach
 * Permission to work in the Netherlands

## Description

* As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems.
 * You will work independently or in a team
 * Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment
 * You analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
 * Implementation of software and operating systems using SCCM or other implementation technologies
 * You record your approach and solution to problems in a ticket system
 * Asset management
