## Description

* Betrieb, Monitoring, IT-Administration und Kundensupport im 1st und 2nd Level für verschiedene IT-Umgebungen
 * Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Systemadministrationsaufgaben wie Updates, Upgrades und Softwarepatches
 * Überwachung wichtiger Infrastrukturkomponenten der Kunden mittels zentralem Monitoring-System
 * Beratung der Kunden in IT-spezifischen Fragen
 * Unterstützung von Vertragskunden bei Installationen, Handling und Fehlerbehebung durch Telefonsupport und Fernwartung
 * Einsatzplanung und Terminabstimmung für Systemadministratoren und Techniker
