## About the Role

 * Handle escalated Level 3 software support requests within the defined area of responsibility.
 * Deliver technical presentations and support customer meetings, solution promotion, and training activities.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of engineering processes and tools within the System Integration Services team.
 * Participate in ongoing professional development, including safety and technical training.
 * Travel as required for customer meetings, site visits, and project execution.

## Qualifications and skills:

 * University degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Management, Automation, or a related discipline.
 * Several years of hands‑on engineering experience with power management systems, ideally within data centre or critical infrastructure environments.
 * Working knowledge of power distribution systems, including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, and
