This role ensures accurate inventory management, compliance with licensing agreements, and effective reporting and reconciliation processes to support operational efficiency and cost control. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing data and vendors in a fast-paced IT environment., IT Equipment Ordering & Procurement * Coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices * Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing * Track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery status to ensure accurate fulfillment Asset Tracking & Inventory Management * Maintain accurate records of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle (purchase, deployment, transfer, retirement) * Manage asset inventory systems and ensure data integrity across platforms * Conduct regular audits and physical inventory checks Software License Management * Track and manage software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements * Monitor license utilization and recommend adjustments to optimize usage and reduce costs * Assist with software renewals and vendor negotiations Reporting & Reconciliation * Prepare regular reports on asset inventory, utilization, and lifecycle status * Reconcile asset data across procurement, inventory, and financial systems * Identify discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve issues Process Improvement & Compliance * Develop and document asset management processes and best practices * Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements * Support internal and external audits related to IT assets, * Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. * Stationary Position - Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. * Move or Traverse - This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area. * Dexterity - constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. * Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs. * Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
