The overall objective is to support the creation, maintenance and adoption of a unified and consistently defined fit-for-purpose enterprise-wide Master and Reference Data domains. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. What you'll do * Lead a team of people.
