Compensation decisions consider many job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location; knowledge; skills; relevant experience; education; licensure; internal equity; time in position. A candidate entry rate of pay does not typically fall at the minimum or maximum of the role's range. ## Description The Director, Technical Implementation is responsible for onboarding Ensemble clients on EHP platform and applications, rolling out product capabilities and leading support. The Director takes directions from the VP, Product Implementation, senior level operation members and works in conjunction with other cross-functional teams within the company, as well as external clients. The Director, Technical Implementation also supervises other leaders in Product Implementation and Product Support areas. The role assumes technical and business in depth knowledge and understanding software installation best practices to ensure timely delivery of Ensemble products and services.
