## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 * 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, technology, or product development environments
 * Experience leading complex, cross-functional delivery (e.g., RTE, Scrum Master, or similar role)
 * Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application
 * Experience coaching teams and leaders to improve delivery, alignment, and decision-making
 * Ability to use metrics and data to guide delivery improvements and drive outcomes
 * Experience facilitating program-level events and managing risks, dependencies, and impediments
 * Strong ability to collaborate and influence across teams and stakeholders without direct authority

## Description

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) serves as a servant leader, coach, and connector across an Agile Release Train (ART). This role partners with Product and Technology leaders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment from strategy through execution. The RTE drives a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

 * Lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment from roadmap through delivery
 * Coach senior leaders and stakeholders on Lean-Agile practices to improve decision-making and team alignment
 * Optimize ART flow by reducing cross-team dependencies, improving predictability, and accelerating value delivery
 * Serve as the "chief Scrum Master," mentoring Scrum Masters and elevating team-level practices
 * Build and develop a high-performing team of teams across the ART
 * Partner with Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and peer RTEs to advance Agile maturity across the organization
 * Facilitate key program events (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt)
 * Provide visibility through metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions
 * Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments
 * Influence and align stakeholders across teams without direct authority
