## About the Role

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to develop clear and meaningful reporting tools., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes and actionable recommendations across different operational systems.

 * Demonstrated ability to develop clear, cohesive, and meaningful reports and dashboards that support executive decision-making.
 * Experience working with healthcare data, including operational, financial, clinical, quality or compliance related information
 * Proficiency in Microsoft excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation and report automation
 * Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving expectations.
 * Strong organization skills with consistent follow-through, attention to detail and accountability
 * Collaborative approach with the ability to work across departments, * Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as, Healthcare administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Health Information Management or related discipline.
 * 3-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, operations, finance, compliance, or quality.
 * Experience in a Federally Qualified Heal Center (FQHC), community health setting or mission-driven healthcare organization is preferred.
 * Familiarity with health care regulatory and compliance environments.
 * Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools, such as Power BI or similar platform.

## Description

The Manager of Data Analytics is responsible for preparing and analyzing the organization's data to support informed decision-making and regulatory readiness. Reporting to the CFO, this position partners across the organization to translate complex data into clear, usable reports and dashboards that support continuous improvement.
