Responsibilities * Plan, develop and execute test procedures for flight hardware * Lead daily test operations, operate test consoles, direct technician work and coordinate with internal customers * Perform root cause, system hazard analysis and failure investigations * Troubleshoot issues that arise during testing * Develop, manage, and maintain test support equipment * Find opportunities for safety improvements and cost savings * Proactively prepare status updates and communicates both within the organization and with direct customers * Participate in test readiness review, pre and post test briefings, and post test reviews. * Manage procedural redlines and updates during test campaigns * Coordinate test crews, support equipment and configurations for testing * Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations * Participate in the assembly and test of development and flight hardware including planning, execution, data reduction and analysis. *, Applicants for employment at Blue Origin must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S.as a refugee or granted asylum.
