 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Problemen und Anfragen sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
 * Schulung der Benutzer im Umgang mit Software und Hardware
 * Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Protokollierung von Störungsmeldungen über ein Ticketsystem
