 * Mitarbeit im 2nd Level Support im Helpdesk
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Kommunikations-, Netzwerksystemen und der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (mit Fokus auf SwyxWare Telefonanlagen)
 * Bearbeitung, Lösung und Dokumentation von Tickets
 * Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentationen
