* Mindestesns 1. Jahr Berufserfahrung im Support (pref. Erfahrung im Service Desk)
 * Versierter Umgang mit Active Directory und Windows Client, Server- und Betriebssysteme
 * Geschulter Umgang mit remote Tools und Ticketsystemen (idealerweise Kenntnisse in ITIl Serviceprozessen)
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis von Citrix und MS-O365

## Description

* Rufannahme aller Incidents im First Level Support
 * Durchführung der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung in erster Instanz z.B. via remote Tools
 * Bearbeitung, Lösung, Weiterleitung und Dokumentation von Tickets
 * Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben in den Bereichen Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange Server sowie Citrix Terminalserver Backup- und Mobile Management Systeme
