* Du bist für die Entgegennahme von Kundenmeldungen bei technischen Störungen und Anwendungsproblemen zuständig
 * Du unterstützt bei der Fehlersuche und Fehlerbeseitigung im remote und vor Ort
 * Du bist für die Weiterleitung an fachlich kompetente Stellen (z.B. Incidentmanagement) bei komplexeren Problemen oder Systemen zuständig
 * Du konfigurierst und installierst die MAC´s, PCs, Workstations und Peripheriegeräte
 * Du bist für die Installation und Verteilung von Software zuständig
 * Du bist für die Ticketverteilung und Beachtung der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung sowie dem Einhalten der SLA-Zeiten zuständig
 * Du bist die Krankheits- und Urlaubsvertretung an verschiedenen Hamburger Standorten (die Kunden befinden sich im Großbereich Hamburg)
