 * grundlegende Kenntnisse zu mobilen Plattformen und Endgeräten (Tablets, Smartphones, iOS, BlackBerry)
 * grundlegende Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Netzwerk (IP, DNS, DHCP) sowie zugehöriger Managementtools
 * detaillierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen hinsichtlich Sicherheitsrisiken und möglicher Vorkehrungen bei der Installation, der Inbetriebnahme und der Außerbetriebnahme von PCs und Notebooks (Remote Einwahl in das Kundennetz, z. B. via UMTS, Hotspots, DSL)
 * mehrjährige Erfahrungen hinsichtlich der Mitarbeit in serviceorientierten Arbeitseinheiten im IT-Umfeld, insbesondere bei öffentlichen Verwaltungen bzw. im Finanzsektor tätigen Unternehmen
 * Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache (fließend) in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Lifecycle-Durchführung, Neubereitstellung und Rücknahme von Monitoren, Desktops und Notebooks
 * Rollout und Inbetriebnahme von PC-Arbeitsplatz-Hardware inkl. der Standard-Softwarebasis (PC-Systeme und Notebooks inkl. Peripherie) sowie weitere mobile Arbeitsplatzsysteme (Tablets, Smartphones)
 * Durchführung von Austausch- und Lifecycle-Maßnahmen von PC-Arbeitsplatz-Hardware (inkl. Peripheriegeräte)
 * Durchführung von Einzel- bzw. Sammelumzügen nach Kundenauftrag
 * Unterstützung der Lagerverwaltung und des Bestandsmanagements
 * 2nd-Level-Support (Störungsbeseitigung im Betrieb befindlicher Arbeitsplatz-Hardware)
 * Einbindung von Arbeitsplatzkomponenten in das Netzwerk (LAN, WAN, TK)
