* Konfiguration und Administration von IT-Lösungen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und Microsoft Exchange
 * Analyse, Klassifikation und Behebung von Systemstörungen im Rahmen des Betriebs von Microsoft Exchange
 * Betreuung von Microsoft Outlook und diversen Schnittstellen zu anderen Services
 * Ansprechpartner für die gesamte E-Mail-Server Infrastruktur und technische Beratung bei IT-Projekten
 * Verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Software- und Systemupdates
