 * Du bist für die Betreuung von Windows Workstations / Laptops mit Software: MS Office, weitere kundenspezifischer Software und Produktionsumgebung, sowie Mobile Devices (IPhone, IPad) zuständig
 * Du hast Spezialkenntnisse im Bereich von Windows Client Betriebssystemen (Windows 7, Windows 10)
 * Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B / BE
 * Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Remote Unterstützung für weitere Kundenstandorte in Deutschland und im Ausland
 * Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und internen Bestimmungen, Vorschriften und Regelungen
 * fachliches Eskalationsmanagement
 * Unterstützung weiterer Standorte (Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretungen)
 * Onsite-Support für die IT-Servicepoints / Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, aber auch Linux, OSX
 * Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets, sowie der individuellen Projektaufträge
 * Support von MDE Geräten; BDE Anzeigen und Sonder Hardwaretypen
 * Supportarbeiten anhang der übermittelten Incident-, Service-Request-, IMAC- und Break & Fix- Tickets
