 * Nacharbeiten und Fehlerbeseitigungen
 * Einweisung der Anwender bzgl. der Nutzung der Soft- und Hardware
 * Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Störungen über ein Ticketsystem
 * Detaillierte Dokumentation der Arbeitsvorgänge
 * Onsite Supportleistungen für Windows Endgeräte im Büroumfeld
 * Erfahrung mit Client Peripherien (Drucker, Headset, etc.)
