## Description

* Du unterstützt unsere Anwender (w/m/d) in allen IT relevanten Belangen und bearbeitest alle im Help Desk anfallende Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticket
 * Du dokumentierst alle Userfragen und arbeitest mit einem Ticketsystem
 * Du arbeitest dabei eng mit den nachgelagerten Einheiten zusammen
 * Du analysierst Fehler und löst diese selbstständig im Rahmen des First Levels oder nach Lösungsanleitung
 * Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Installation und Konfiguration von Soft- und Hardware im Windows Clients
