## Description

* Annehmen, Bearbeiten und Dokumentieren der Störungen/Servicerequests über ein Ticketsystem (BPoS)
 * Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Incident-, Service-Request-, IMAC- und Break & Fix- Tickets
 * Durchführen von Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen
 * Abwickeln der Reparaturen an Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets und Smartphones
 * Durchführen von Installationen und Erstkonfigurationen von Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, Druckern und mobilen Handscannern nach Vorgabe
 * Unterstützen bei IT-Umzügen (IT Komponenten Ab- und Aufbau)
 * Einweisen der Anwender vor Ort
 * Dokumentieren der Arbeitsschritte
