Collection über Demand Priorisierung bis hin zur Portfolio- bzw. Budget-Genehmigung

 * Orchestrierung und Optimierung des Portfolio Managements und Reportings inklusive Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
 * Optimierung des aktuellen monatlichen Portfolio-Reportings
 * Orchestrierung der IT-Projekte und Überprüfung von Meilenstein-Checklisten
 * Durchführung von Health-Checks für laufende Projekte und Coaching von Projektleitern (m/w/d)
 * Strukturierung und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen auf Senior Management Ebene
