* Administration und Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur inklusive Microsoft Serverlandschaft, Clients, Mobile Devices, Netzwerk, Telefonie sowie E-Mail- und Output-Management
 * Unterstützung der Anwender und Fachbereiche im First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit, Backup- und Netzwerksystemen
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen und Fehler
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Softwarepartnern
 * Mitarbeit bei IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Strategie
