You combine technical skills with commercial awareness and communicate insights in a clear and practical way. * You have strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured and unstructured data * You have solid Python and SQL skills, including advanced querying * You have a proactive, self-driven mindset and take ownership of your work * You communicate clearly and can explain complex topics in a simple way * You have a high standard for quality and strong attention to detail * You are comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders * You are motivated by continuous improvement and measurable impact Nice to have * Knowledge of financial markets and products such as options and futures * Experience in fintech, brokerage, or other data-rich environments * Experience with BI tools and dashboarding platforms * Experience working in agile product squads ## Description We are looking for four Data Analysts to join one of our core squads: Onboarding, Demand Capture, Client Experience, or Client & Product Integrity. * Onboarding Squad: Analyze and improve the customer onboarding journey to make it faster, smoother, and more efficient. * Demand Capture Squad: Use data to understand customer interest and help turn prospects into qualified leads and customers. * Client Experience Squad: Analyze client behavior, feedback, and platform usage to improve the trading experience, increase loyalty, and reduce churn. * Client and Product Integrity Squad: Support smarter, data-driven compliance and due diligence processes tailored to client needs and risk profiles. In this role, you will help turn data into actionable insights that improve client journeys, optimize commercial performance, strengthen compliance processes, and support better business decisions. You will own the full lifecycle of data-driven discovery, from connecting and exploring data to modelling, visualizing, and deploying solutions. Your work will directly influence how we grow, serve, and protect our clients.
