 * Je hebt 0-1 jaar werkervaring, óf enkele jaren ervaring in een aangrenzende rol (zoals engineering, consultancy of data-analyse) van waaruit je deze stap wilt maken.
 * Je kunt zelfstandig programmeren en maakt je nieuwe technieken snel eigen.
 * Je denkt in waarde, niet alleen in code: je ontwikkelt je oplossingen op basis van gebruik door en ziet ze graag leven in de praktijk.
 * Je bent verbindend en vindt het leuk om te schakelen tussen werelden, projectteams, developers, IT en gebruikers.
 * Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologie en houdt ontwikkelingen in de markt bij.
 * Je hebt interesse in AI én in het zichtbaar maken van data via dashboards.
 * Je vindt het leuk om je te verdiepen in hoe werkprocessen écht werken.

* Ervaring met AI/ML of GenAI.
 * Ervaring met dashboarding en datavisualisatie (bijvoorbeeld Databricks, Power BI of Fabric).
 * Kennis van low-code platformen of automatisering (bijvoorbeeld Power Platform).
 * Ervaring met integraties tussen systemen.
