Une expérience réussie en intégration de matériels/logiciels est un plus

## Description

Rattaché au service clients, vous prenez en charge la planification d'intégration de solutions matérielles et/ou logiciels sur les systèmes informatiques des clients de l'entreprise et en environnement SAAS.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions :

 * Analyser/qualifier les commandes client pour identifier les actions à mener et impacts
 * Contacter les clients, prestataires, et le personnel de l'entreprise pour coordonner et planifier les actions
 * Rédiger les ordres de mission envoyés aux techniciens intégrateurs
 * Organiser le planning des techniciens en fonction des contraintes
 * Effectuer un suivi et reporting des installations
Le poste est basé à Clermont-Ferrand
